摘要
目的探讨强迫体位下谐振对兔下腰部肌肉组织形态学的影响。方法将实验兔随机分为正常对照组、造模对照组、4 Hz振动组、5 Hz振动组、6 Hz振动组。分别于第2、4、6周随机取4只兔,取腰最长肌和腰大肌,HE染色后观察其病理形态学变化,并采用标准五分法,对各肌肉进行病理学评分。结果造模对照组实验6周时与正常对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),各振动组兔实验2到6周病理学评分均逐渐升高,且与正常对照组比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中各振动组各时间点均以4 Hz振动组病理学评分最高,与正常对照组、造模对照组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。腰最长肌病理改变则比腰大肌大致迟2周出现。结论强迫体位和谐振都可以造成下腰部椎旁肌肉形态学的病理改变,并且与时间长短密切相关,以频率4 Hz、加速度1.0 g的振动对肌组织形态学的影响最为明显;谐振对处于紧张状态的腰大肌的损伤重于相对松弛状态的腰最长肌。
Objective To investigate the influence of the the morphology in the rabbit low back muscle tissue subjected to forced posture and resonance. Methods Experimental animals were randomly divided into normal control group,modeling control group,4Hz vibration group,5Hz vibration group,6Hz vibration group; At the end of the 2nd weeks,4 the weeks and 6 the weeks the longissimus and psoas of 4 rabbits were observed by histology. Results There was a significant difference between the normal control group and modeling control group at the end of the 6 weeks (P〈0.05). The grades of different vibration groups were gradually increased at the end of the 2nd weeks and 6 the weeks and there was a significant difference between the vibration groups and the normal control group (P〈0.05). The grade of 4Hz vibration was higher than other groups at each time point (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Both forced posture and resonance can cause pathological changes of the paraspinal muscles, and with the relationship of the time. The influence of resonance at the frequency of 4Hz,acceleration of 1.0g on the histology of the muscles is the most obvious. The influence of the vibration on the psoas muscle in the state of tension is greater than that on the longissimus muscle in the relatively relaxed state.
