医院感染控制小组在内科住院患者感染中的作用研究

Study of effect of control team on nosocomial infections in medical inpatients

目的探讨医院感染控制小组在内科住院患者感染中的作用,为医院感染控制质量的提高提供参考方案。方法调查医院于2011年3月-2013年3月收治的100例内科感染患者临床资料,按照随机数字表法,随机分为对照组与研究组,各50例,对照组患者采用常规治疗,研究组患者在常规治疗与控制的基础上,由医院感染控制小组进行全方位控制,比较两组患者控制感染的效果;比较医院感染控制小组控制前后,医院内科患者的感染发生率。结果研究组患者的感染控制总有效率达94.0%,高于对照组的76.0%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的感染率为6.0%,显著低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外,两组患者在医务人员管理、环境管理、医疗器械与用品管理以及总质量评分等对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院感染控制小组可以提升医院的感染控制质量,并可有效降低内科住院患者的感染率,在内科住院患者中具有较高的应用价值,值得进一步推广。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of the control team on nosocomial infections in medical inpatients in order to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality in nosocomial infection control.METHODS A total of 100 cases of patients with nosocomial infections in the internal medicine department from Mar.2011 to Mar.2013 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The patients of the control group were treated by routine therapy and nursing,while the patients of the study group were treated with all-round care by the control team on the basis of routine treatment and nursing,and the infection control effects of the patients in two groups were compared.The infection incidences of nosocomial infections were compared before and after the application of nosocomial infection control team.RESULTS The total effective rate of infection control was 94.0% in the study group,significantly higher than 76.0%in the control group（P〈0.05）.The infection rate was 6.0%in the study group,significantly lower than 24.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）.And the difference in medical personnel management,environmental management,medical equipment and supplies management and total quality score between two groups were significant（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONThe control team for nosocomial infection can improve the quality of nosocomial infection control,and can effectively reduce the infection rate of medical inpatients,which has high application value for medical inpatients and is worthy of further promotion.
