摘要
矿产资源作为战略性新兴产业发展的重要支撑,在世界各国抢占新一轮经济制高点的过程中具有举足轻重的地位。本文初步给出了战略性新兴产业所涉及的矿产资源种类,从储量、产量和消费量入手,对全球典型的战略性新兴矿产资源形势进行了分析,在此基础上,提出了全方位监管、差别化管理、加强技术创新和推动多元化供给格局的调控对策,以期能够提高我国战略性新兴矿产资源对国家经济发展的保障能力。
As important supports for strategic emerging industries,mineral resources has been a key for every country to occupy the commanding point in new round of economic development.Some mineral resources used in strategic emerging industries are proposed in this paper.Based on analysing global typical mineral resources of strategic emerging industries from reserves,production and consumption,we put forward some suggestions：supervise in all directions and differently,strengthen technical innovation,promote multiple supply pattern.We hope the suggestions can improve strategic emerging mineral resources＇ support ability for Chinese economic development.
