南四湖流域采煤沉陷区引黄复垦需沙量估算与分析 被引量:8

摘要 针对南四湖流域引黄复垦工程中需沙量计算的问题,本文根据实测资料及概率积分法模型,提出了利用煤炭产量估算沉陷面积及体积的方法,估算了截至2009年底的存量沉陷面积及体积,进而测算出了复垦所需的泥沙量及引入水量,对引黄复垦工程实施的可行性进行了分析。研究结果表明:1未来每年新增沉陷体积约0.57亿m3,需沙量约1.07亿t,伴随黄河泥沙输送引入的黄河水量约1.74亿m3;2引黄复垦工程在修复塌陷土地的同时还可有效缓解旱情,取水量许可指标将成为其主要制约因素;3根据研究区目前的沉陷速度,短期内难以实现沉陷与复垦的动态平衡。通过本文的研究可为引黄复垦需沙量的计算、取水量许可指标的调度及复垦治理规划、政策的制定提供参考的依据。 With the purpose of measuring sediment demands of the reclamation project with the Yellow River in Nansihu Lake drainage area,this paper presents a method to evaluate subsidence area and volume by the coal production with the adoption of measured data as well as the probability integral method.It also estimates the stock subsidence areas and volumes by the end of 2009,calculates the sediment volumes in reclamation and water diversion volumes,and then analyzes the feasibility of the reclamation project.The research results showed that:1In the future,the annual newly-increased subsidence volume is about 57 million m3,the sediment demand about 107 million tons and the water diversion volume from the Yellow River about 174 million m3;2The reclamation project in the repair of subsidence land can at the same time effectively alleviate the drought,and the permission index of intake water quantity is the main restrictive factor;3Based on the the present velocity of subsidence,it is difficult to achieve a dynamic balance between subsidence and reclamation in the short term.The study of this paper can be used as references for the calculation of sediment,the management of intake water permission index,and the planning or policy-making of land reclamation.
