摘要
根据1155综放工作面高瓦斯急倾斜煤层的地质概况,结合该工作面实测的煤层瓦斯基础参数,得出该工作面煤层瓦斯可进行抽采;通过理论分析和现场实测的方法,确定了该工作面的瓦斯抽采方法和抽采设计参数。现场抽采数据表明1155工作面Cu2煤层可解析瓦斯量最大值为4.05m3/t,工作面瓦斯平均抽采率为47.1%,回风流中瓦斯浓度未超过1%,瓦斯抽采效果达标。通过对1155综放工作面的瓦斯抽采,保证该工作面安全高效的生产,并为类似条件下的推广应用提供了经验。
According to the high gas steeply inclined middle coal seam geological condition in the 1155 fully mechanized caving face,combined with the coal seam gas based parameters,it is concluded that the coal seam gas can be extracted;using the theoretical analysis and field measurement methods,the gas extraction methods and the gas extraction design parameters are determined.The field gas extraction datum show that the max residual desorption gas quantity of the Cu2 coal seam is 4.05m3/t,the average gas extraction rate is47.1%,the gas concentration in the return air is no more than 1%,the effect of gas extraction reach the standards.The gas extraction in t the 1155 fully mechanized caving face can ensure the safe and efficient production,and can be used as references for popularization and application in other fields of similar condition.
