大型矿用挖掘机通风除尘装置的设计研究

Design and research of ventilation dust removal device in large mining excavator

大型矿用挖掘机的通风除尘装置的功能是过滤从室外送入机棚内空气中所含粉尘,用清洁的冷空气排除机棚内各机构和电气柜中产生的热量。本文从设计挖掘机通风除尘装置的考虑因素入手、深入研究带有自洁性滤筒式除尘器的工作原理、除尘方式等,确定合理的通风除尘装置设计方案。与采用传统的惰性除尘相比,滤筒式除尘器有效解决了机棚粉尘问题,并成功应用于WK系列大型挖掘机中。

The function of the large mining excavator＇s ventilation dust removal device is to filter those containing dust in the air from outside into the machinery house,is to remove the heat generated by the electrical cabinet and various machinery through clean cool air out of the house.In this paper,working principle of the fliter deduster with self-clean function and dusting method are researched deeply from the consideration of excavator design ventilation dust removal device,and the reasonable design scheme is determined.Compared with the traditional inertial dust separator,the problem of dust in the house is effectively solved by the fliter deduster.And it has been successfully used in WK series heavy excavator.
