摘要
为了更好地控制远红外电地暖系统工作,在普通温控器基础上进行了一定的优化,设计出了一款智能温控器,并详细地介绍了硬件和软件设计方案;它采用了AVR单片机和NTC热敏电阻温度探头,在硬件上对按键电路和电源控制电路做了一定改进,提高了温控器的可靠性和节能性;在软件上采用了中位值滤波法和防脉冲干扰值滤波法两者结合的算法,取得了良好的滤波效果,并利用线性补偿法有效地保证了在宽范围的高测温精度;经过实验分析,在10~60℃温度范围内,测量精度为1℃,完全可以满足实际要求.
In order to better control the system of the far-infrared electric floor heating,a intelligent temperature controller is designed,which makes some optimizations on the basis of average temperature controller.The design of hardware and software is introduced detailedly in this paper.It uses the AVR singlechip and NTC thermistor,and ameliorates the key circuit as well as the power control circuit in the hardware design,which improves reliability and energy saving.In the software design,it uses the joint filtering method of median and anti -pulse annoyance value,which is proven to good effect.In addition,it also takes the method of linear compensation to effectively achieve high precision of measurement in a wide range of temperature.The experiment demonstrated that the accuracy reaches 1℃ in the range of 10℃ to 60℃,which fully met the application requirements.
