摘要
为了解决某型装备野战化条件下快速便携的计量校准需求,同时兼顾准确度等级要求,运用基于Windows 2000SP4/Windows XP SP2操作系统的Microsoft Access 2003数据库管理系统,设计了由校准通用平台、通用校准装置、专用校准装置和系统软件组成的某型装备便携式计量校准系统;通过大量实验数据的验证和实际使用情况的观察,该系统能够完成装备初始射高、射角、射向、温度等参数的精确计量,能够满足实际计量校准需求,而且能够提高现场检测效率,在装备计量校准使用中表现良好。
In order to solve the fast and portable metrology verification requirements of the certain equipment in the field condition,both ensure the accuracy level required,based on Microsoft Access 2003 database management system with Windows 2000 SP4/Windows XP SP2 operating System,the portable metrology verification system of the certain system equipment is designed,which consists of calibration of general platform,general calibration device,special calibration device and the system software.Through a lot of experimental data validation and observation of practical application,indicates that this system can complete accuracy measurement about initial launch height,launch angle,launch direction,temperature and humidity,can meet the requirements of actual metrology verification,what＇ s more,improving the efficiency of test in field,doing well in actual application.
