幼儿园教研的目的不是为了构建关于儿童发展和幼儿园教研的新理论,不是为了解决幼儿园教学领域普遍的本质性问题,也不是为了获取教学活动之外的任何事物。幼儿园教研是幼儿园教研人员在美善价值取向上,为幼儿园的教学活动甄定方向,遵循幼儿教育规律,研讨教学活动中的具体问题,并结合幼儿教学实践提供合理解决策略的活动。为此,幼儿园在开展教研活动时首先要着眼于本园教学活动的研讨;在程序上必须保证对教学活动的价值进行分析;应该依据教育教学规律进行研讨;要注意开放、公平、民主的研讨环境的营造。

The aim of kindergarten teaching research is not to build a new theory of child development and nursery teaching, but to follow the law of education and set the direction for the teaching practice. To do this, the research should be focused in the teaching practice field and ensure that the values of teaching activities be analyzed. At the same time, teachers＇ discussion should be based on the educational laws, and the kindergarten should create a kind of open, equal and democratic environment.
