摘要
e-Science环境下,业界对科学数据管理人才提出了迫切需求。本文通过对图书馆科学数据管理岗位招聘启事的内容分析,以及对i School院校科学数据课程及相关培训计划的调查,总结了业界对科学数据管理人才的能力要求以及图书情报教育机构科学数据管理人才培育体系的建设情况。据此,作者认为其培养的科学数据管理人才尚不能完全满足业界要求,并提出了科学数据管理人才的培养目标以及培养形式,以期为我国图书情报教育提供借鉴。
In e-Science environment, there is an urgent need for science data specialists. This article sum-marizes the employers＇ requirements of science data specialists and the status quo of LIS education orga-nizations＇ cultivating system for science data specialists through the content analysis of relevant job adver-tisements released by libraries and the investigation of courses as well as training programs of i Schoolwhich relate to science data. Accordingly, the author concludes that science data specialists cultivated byLIS education organizations cannot fully meet the employers＇ expectations. The cultivating objectives andmodes are also presented here in order to provide some enlightenment for LIS education in China.
