尿β-微球蛋白测定对泌尿系感染定位的诊断价值 被引量:1

Diagnosis value of urine β2 microglobulin for localization of urinary tract infection

摘要 目的研究采用尿β-微球蛋白测定对泌尿系感染的定位,为临床诊治提供理论依据。方法选择2006年3月-2014年3月医院收治的120例泌尿系感染患者为研究对象,将其分为两组:上尿路感染的54例患者为试验组,下尿路感染的66例患者为对照组,采用尿β-微球蛋白测定对泌尿系感染进行定位,并将患者尿液进行细菌培养。结果 120例患者经过测定后,主要感染病原菌为大肠埃希菌,占75.83%;上尿路感染主要导致尿β-微球蛋白升高,而下尿路感染主要导致尿β-微球蛋白下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义;共120例患者参与试验,经过对患者尿液中尿β-微球蛋白的检测,尿β-微球蛋白水平上尿路感染患者为(0.82±0.53)mg/L,下尿路感染患者为(0.15±0.06)mg/L。结论对泌尿系感染患者采用尿β-微球蛋白测定的诊断方法准确性高、患者痛苦小、临床效果明显以及诊断费用低,有重要临床意义。 OBJECTIVE To study the determination of urinary 13-microglobulin for localization of urinary tract infection, so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. METHODS Totally 120 patients with urinary tract infection admitted from Mar. 2006 to Mar. 2014 were enrolled and divided into two groups, i. e. , the test group of 54 patients with upper urinary tract infection and the control group of 66 patients with lower urinary tract infection. Urinary β-mieroglobulin was used for localization of urinary tract infection, and bacterial culture of urine was performed for patients. RESULTS After determination, the main pathogens for 120 patients were Escherichia coli, accounting for 75. 84% of the total number of pathogens. Upper urinary tract infection mainly caused increased urinary β-microglobulin, but lower urinary tract infection mainly caused decreased urinary [^-microglobulin, the difference was significant. A total of 120 patients participated in the trial, the urine test of patients showed that the level of urinary β-microglobulin was (0.82±0.53) mg/L in patients with upper urinary tract infection, and (0. 154±0.06) mg/L in those with lower urinary tract infection. CONCLUSION For patients with urinary tract infection, the diagnostic method with urinary ^-microglobulin has high accuracy and causes little pain to patients with obvious clinical effect and low cost for diagnosis, which has important clinical significance.
