224例癫痫患儿药物治疗依从性与疗效关系及影响因素分析

Analysis on the relationship between compliance of drug treatment and curative effect in 224 children with epilepsy and the influencing factors

目的：探讨癫痫患儿药物治疗依从性与疗效关系及影响因素。方法：采用问卷调查方式,对2011年6月-2014年3月汕头市澄海区人民医院及汕头大学医学院第二附属医院儿科门诊癫痫患儿进行问卷调查,分析药物治疗依从性的影响因素与疗效的关系。结果：癫痫患儿的治疗效果与依从性直接相关,诊治意识、坚持疗程、按嘱复诊、家长文化程度4种因素对药物治疗依从性均有显著影响（P〈0.05）。结论：癫痫患儿的治疗效果与药物治疗依从性直接相关,治疗依从性好的患儿治疗效果好。

Objective： To explore the relationship between compliance of drug treatment and curative effect in children with epilepsy and the influencing factors. Methods： A questionnaire was used to survey the children with epilepsy from Department of Pediatrics in People＇s Hospital of Chenghai District and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Shantou University from June 2011 to March 2014, the relationship between the influencing factors of compliance of drug treatment and curative effect was analyzed. Results： The curative effect was directly related to compliance of drug treatment in children with epilepsy. The awareness of diagnosis and treatment, adherence to treatment, subsequent visit complying with suggestions of the doctors and educational levels of parents had significant impacts on compliance of drug treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion ： The curative effect is directly related to compliance of drug treatment in children with epilepsy, the children with high compliance have better results.
