Expression of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer and the clinical significance

目的:了解宫颈癌患者Ezrin蛋白的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化法检测120例宫颈癌患者癌组织和癌旁组织中Ezrin蛋白的表达,并分析临床特征与Ezrin蛋白表达的相关性。结果:癌组织染色区域主要分布在胞浆(91.7%),Ezrin蛋白表达以"+++"为主(75.0%);癌旁正常组织的染色区域主要分布在胞膜(88.3%),Ezrin蛋白表达主要以"+"为主(63.3%),两者间的染色分布和Ezrin蛋白表达水平差异均具有统计学意义(χ2=216.667,P=0.000,χ2=130.174,P=0.000);癌组织与癌旁组织的Ezrin蛋白表达差异与癌症分期、分化程度、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(χ2=9.600,P=0.006;χ2=11.299,P=0.001;χ2=4.216,P=0.040;χ2=11.299,P=0.001),而与患者年龄和肿瘤体积无关(χ2=1.444,P=0.230;χ2=0.862,P=0.353)。结论:Ezrin蛋白在宫颈癌中高表达,检测其表达水平有助于判断宫颈癌的恶性程度。

Objective： To understand the expression of Ezrin protein in patients with cervical cancer and the clinical significance. Methods ： Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer tissue and cervical tissue adjacent to cervical cancer in 120 Cervical cancer patients, the correlation between clinical features and expression of Ezrin protein was analyzed. Results： Ezrin protein mainly distributed in cytoplasm of cervical cancer tissue （91.7%） , the main expression intensity of Ezrin protein was （ ＋ ＋ ＋ ）, accounting for 75.0% ; Ezrin protein mainly distributed in cytomembrane of cervical tissue adjacent to cervical cancer （88.3%）, the main expression intensity of Ezrin protein was （ ＋ ）, accounting for 63.3% , there were statistically significant differences in distribution and expression level of Ezrin protein between the two groups （x^2 =216. 667, P =0. 000; x^2 = 130. 174, P =0.000） . The differences of Ezrin protein expression between cervical cancer tissue and cervical tissue adjacent to cervical cancer were correlated with sta- ges, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis （x^2 =9. 600, P =0. 006; x^2 = 11. 299, P =0. 001 ; x^2 =4. 216, P = 0. 040 ; x^2 = 11. 299, P = 0. 001 ）, but they were not correlated with age and tumor volume （x^2 = 1. 444, P = 0. 230 ; x^2 = 0. 862, P = 0. 353 ） . Conclusion： The expression level of Ezrin protein in cervical cancer is high, detecting its expression level is helpful to the judgement of malignant degree of cervical cancer.
