摘要
目的 研究白苞蒿的化学成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法,对白苞蒿的体积分数95%乙醇提取物的石油醚部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱学数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果 得到10个化合物,分别为去氢吐叶醇(1)、3-羟基-1-(4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯基)-1-丙酮(2)、chrysindin D(3)、山茶皂苷元A(4)、4′-O-甲基高山金莲花素(5)、5-羟基-3′,4′,6,7,8-五甲氧基黄酮(6)、狭叶墨西哥蒿素(7)、3β-hydroxy-5α,6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one(8)、假虎刺酮(9)、(E)-3β,4α-二羟基-2-(2′,4′-己二炔亚基)-1,6-二氧杂螺[4,5]癸烷(10)。结论 化合物1~5为首次从蒿属中分离得到,化合物6~10为从该植物中首次分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents from the aerial parts of Artemisia lactiflora. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 methods, and the structures were identified by NMR and MS. RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as follows: dehydrovomifoliol( 1 ), 3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxy- phenyl ) - 1 -propanone ( 2 ), chrysindin D ( 3 ), camelliagenin A ( 4 ), 4′-O-methylalpinumisoflavone ( 5 ), 5-hydroxy-3′,4′, 6,7,8-pentamethoxyflavone ( 6 ), armexifolin ( 7 ), 3/3-hydroxy-5α, 6α-epoxy-7-megastigmen-9-one ( 8 ), carissone ( 9 ), and (E) -3β,4α-dihydroxyl- 2-(2′,4′-hexadiynylidene)-1 ,6-dioxaspiro[4,5]decane(10). CONCLUSION Compounds 1 -5 are obtained from genus Artemisia for the first time and 6 - 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
