摘要
运用差示扫描量热仪、偏光显微镜研究了四针状氧化锌晶须(T—ZnOw)对聚乳酸(PLA)等温结晶的结晶动力学、结晶热力学、晶体结构等结晶行为的影响。结果表明:110℃是PLA的最佳结晶温度,此时PLA结晶速率最快,半结晶时间最短;在90~130℃随等温结晶温度升高,试样的结晶度增大。T-ZnOw可以加快PLA结晶速率,这种作用在90℃时最明显,随着温度的增加减弱;但是,T—ZnOw会影响PLA的结晶热力学,使结晶度降低,这种作用在130℃时最明显,随着温度的降低减弱。此外,T-ZnOw会细化PLA晶粒。
Abstract:The effect of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker(T ZnOw) on the crystallization behaviors of polylactide(PLA), including crystallization kinetics, crystallization thermody- namics and crystal structures of isothermal crystallization, was studied by DSC and polari- zing microscope. T for PI.A, at which is the shortest;and he results show that 110 ℃ is the optimal crystallization temperature the crystallization the crystallinity of rate is the highest and the semi-crystallization time the samples increases with the isothermal crystalli zation temperature increasing from 90 ℃ to 130 ℃ prove the crystallization rate of PLA, and this effect clines with the increase of temperature; howeve and decreases the declines with the thermodynamics at 130 ℃ and PI.A crystalline particles crystallinity of The addition of T ZnOw can im is the most obvious at 90 ℃ and de r, T-ZnOw influences the crystallization PLA, and this effect is the most obvious decrease of temperature.
