摘要
合成了一种新型磷酸酯(乙二醇四乙氧基磷酸酯),并讨论了反应条件对产率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件。通过对其红外光谱分析、热失重分析的测试,确定了其性能。研究了其与自制的改性氢氧化镁复配对发泡聚苯乙烯阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,目标产物具有优良的阻燃性能。
A new phosphate(glycol tetraethoxysilane phosphate) was synthesized. The effects of reaction conditions on the yield were discussed. The optimum reaction condi- tions were determined. Properties were determined by infrared spectra analysis, thermo- gravimetric analysis test. The effects of the compound of the new phosphate and self- made modified magnesium hydroxide on flame retardancy to foamed polystyrene were studied. The results show that the target product has excellent flame retardancy.
