Effect of Alumina on Thermal Conductivity of ABS Composites

摘要 用Al2O3、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)制备了导热ABS。通过选用不同类别偶联剂和不同粒径Al2O3制得具有优良性能的ABS复合材料。结果表明,经钛酸酯偶联剂102表面处理过的Al2O3填充后复合材料的热导率明显提高,随Al2O3含量的增加,复合材料的热导率逐渐增加,而其力学性能逐渐降低。填充小粒径Al2O3对热导率提高效果明显,采用大小粒径Al2O3复配使用能达到更好的效果。在Al2O3填充质量分数达到70%时,用Hot Disk法测得热导率可以达到1.2 W/(m·K)。 Thermally conductive ABS was prepared by Al2O3 and ABS. ABS composites with good performance were prepared by choosing different types of coupling agents and different particle sizesAl2O3.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the composites is improved significantly after filling the surface-treated Al2O3 by coupling agent titanate 102. The thermal conductivity of the composites is improved gradually with the increase of Al2O3 content, but the mechanical properties decrease gradually. Filling Al2O3 with small particle size can significantly improve thermal conductivity. Good effect is a- chieved by using Al2O3 with both big and small particle sizes. When the mass fraction of Al2O3 is 70%, the thermal conductivity is 1.2 W/(m·K)by Hot Disk.
