摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前躯体,无水乙醇为溶剂,硝酸为抑制剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米二氧化钛。采用综合热分析仪、X衍射等分析手段对纳米二氧化钛进行了表征。结果表明:该二氧化钛粉末晶型为锐钛型,粒径为9nm。以甲基橙水溶液降解率为光催化活性评价依据,在10mg/L甲基橙溶液中加入5g/L二氧化钛,光照180min,光降解率可达75.1%,表明所制备的TiO2具有较好的光催化性能。
Nano-TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method with Ti(OC4 O9)4 as precursor, C2 H5 OH as sol- vent and HNO3 as inhibitor. Nanometer TiO2 was characterized by XRD and TG-DSC techniques. XRD analysis showed that TiO2 crystal was anatase type and its size was 9 nm. The photocatalytic properties TiO2 nanoparicles were estimated by decoloration of methyl orange. When 5 g/L TiO2 was added into the 10 mg/L methyl orange solution, light degradation rate could reach 75.1% after irradiation for 180 min. The results indicated that TiO2 has good light catalytic performance.
