不同操作条件下好氧颗粒污泥特性及污染物去除特性研究 被引量:1

POLLUTANT-REMOVING EFFICIENCY AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE AEROBIC GRANULAR SLUDGE UNDER DIFFERENT OPERATING CONDITIONS

摘要 分别在微生物生长适应期和对数期向3个序批式活性污泥法反应器(SBR)投加混凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC),分析在此不同操作条件下好氧颗粒污泥的形成进程、污泥特性及污染物去除特性。结果表明,在适应期(第0-7天)对R1和对数期(第8-14天)对R2投加混凝剂的颗粒形成时间分别比对照组R3提前8 d和14 d;R1形成的颗粒粒径较大,完整系数(IC)为97.68%,R2颗粒污泥粒径均匀,完整系数为98.53%,R1、R2颗粒强度分别比R3高0.43%和1.31%,含水质量分数分别低0.38%和1.71%,污泥特性较好;R1和R2的成熟颗粒污泥COD去除率平均均在93%以上,分别比R3高1.94%和2.73%,R1、R2和R3的NH4+-N去除率平均分别为80.85%、90.22%和88.19%,R2对NH4+-N去除效果相对较好。 Coagulant (PAC) was added to the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) during the adaptive-phase and the log-phase of the microbial growth respectively. The growing process, the characteristics of sludge and the pollutant-removing efficiency of aerobic granular in different operating conditions were analyzed. PAC was added into R1 during the adaptive-phase of microbial growth (0-7 d) and into R2 during the log-phase (8-14 d) while R3 was the compared one without any coagulant. It was demonstrated that R1 and R2 where granular sludge was cultivated faster than the compared reactor R3, 8 d and 14 d in advance respectively. Granular sludge cultivated in R1 whose average particle size was bigger and the particle was fluffy, the integrity coefficient (I(2) was 97.68%. Sludge in R2 whose particle size was very uniform, and IC was 98.53%. R1 and R2's IC were 0.43% and 1.31% respectively, and the mass fractions of water content were 0.38% and 1.71% respectively, which was lower compared with R3. Sludge in R1 and R2 both had a better contaminant removal efficiency, for instance, the average removal rates of COD were up to over 93%, 1.94% and 2.73% respectively, which were higher than R3. NH4^+-N average removal rates were 80.85%, 90.22% and 88.19% respectively, the data showed that R2 where coagulant was added during the log-phase of microbial growth whose NH4^+-N removal efficiency was the best.
