摘要
在经济危机的影响下,欧盟及其成员国将鼓励全社会的创业活动作为破解经济与社会发展困境的重要战略,透过发展战略、政策体系、环境塑造、文化引领等多种手段构建创业型的社会,从而推动经济结构的整体转型。作为培养人的创业意识、创业思维、创业技能等各种创业综合素质,并最终使学习者具有一定的创业能力的教育,创业教育自然成为欧盟及其成员国提升大学生创新能力、促进区域经济增长与技术变革、提升国家竞争力的重要政策议题。
Under the influence of economic crisis, EU and its member states take the entrepreneur activity of society as an important strategy to solve the dilemma of economic and social development. By development strategy, policy system, environment shaping, culture leading to build entrepreneurial society so as to push the transformation of economic structure. For cultivating student＇ s entrepreneur capability, the entrepreneurship education has been an important policy issue in enhancing college student＇ s innovative capability, promoting regional economic growth and technology change, improving national competitiveness.
