摘要
基于二级圆弧型柔性铰链及杠杆放大原理,设计了一种新型微夹钳钳体,在满足有限放大倍数的同时节约了空间。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元软件对提出的钳体结构参数进行了优化,并对优化模型进行了模态分析,获得了性能优良的钳体结构。
According to the scope of the work of smart material drive Limited and Combined with the two - level circular flexible hinge and the magnifying principle of leverage, this paper presents a design of micro gripper. The micro- gripper mechanism not only meets the magnification but also saves the space. In order to obtain the better performance of the micro gripper, the finite element software ANSYS Workbench is used to optimize the parameters of the mentioned micro gripper structure and analyze the modal of the optimized model. Finally the excellent performance of the micro gripper structure is achieved.
