Improvement of an Axial-Piston Pump Constant Flow Regulating System

摘要 在分析了轴向柱塞变量泵恒流量工作原理的基础上,根据已有的调节方法,采用一种新的恒流量调速方案,推导出泵输入轴转速和马达输出转速与斜盘倾角之间的函数关系,借助AMESim仿真软件构建出系统模型进行仿真,并利用单片机对变量泵的斜盘进行控制,使柱塞泵能将从发动机获得的变化转速调整为恒定的马达输出转速,满足发电机的输入转速要求,为现有的车载自发电系统的设计与开发,提供了理论依据。 Based on the analysis of the axial piston variable pump of the constant flow working principle, this paper adopted a new method to govern the speed of constant flow in accordance with the existing methods of adjustment. It deduced the function relationship between the pump input shaft speed and the motor output shaft speed with the swash plate angle. A simulation model of the system is established with the help of the simulation software AMESim, and exploited the single chip computer to control swash plate of variable pump, the results show that the motor kept an invariable output speed under the time-varying input speed of the engine, can meet the demands of engine' s input speed. It also provided the theoretical basis for the existing vehicles' spontaneous system to design and develop.
