Design and Experiment of a Novel Portable Multifunctional Scooter

摘要 基于滑板车不具备载物功能,将滑板车机构与行李箱功能相结合,提出了增设侧轮架和运载装置的思路,设计了一种新型便携式多功能滑板车构型,在明确设计任务和方案的基础上,完成了各零部件基本结构,建立了便携式多功能滑板车的三维模型,分析了侧轮架最大摆角与侧轮架长度之间的函数关系,推演了滑板车折叠状态站立的参数准则。最后制作出便携式多功能滑板车样机,通过实验证明了该滑板车既能载人又能载物,同时具有便携、运载、低碳环保等特点。 To solve the problem that existing scooters have not goods-carrying capacity, the function of trunk is introduced into mechanism of scooter. Side wheel frame and carrying device are presented. The configuration of a novel portable multifunctional scooter is developed. The design task and scheme are clarified. The basic structures of compoments are obtained. The three-dimensional model of portable muhifunctional scooter is set up. The functional relationship between maximum swing angle and length of side wheel frame is analyzed. The parameter criterion that scooter with folding state could stand is deduced. Finally the prototype of portable muhifunctional scooter is manufactured. The experiment results show that this scooter can carry both man and goods. Moreover, portable, carrying, low-carbon and environmental protection are the characteristics of this scooter.
