摘要
分析了绝缘子的结构,选择钢脚作为优化对象,对钢脚结构进行分析,建立钢脚优化目标函数,采用非线性最小二乘法计算,编制了优化算法程序,利用Matlab对绝缘子钢脚进行优化,并对优化结果进行分析处理,根据优化结果对钢脚进行试制和装配,对其进行机电拉伸破坏负荷试验。通过优化设计,钢脚头部尺寸减小,优化后的钢脚可节约钢材,且通过机电拉伸破坏负荷试验进一步证明了优化结果的科学合理性,研究具有较强的工程实践意义。
Taking insulator's pin as optimization object, this paper analyzes the pin structure of insulator, establishes the optimization objective function. The program optimization algorithm is calculated and compiled by using nonlinear least squares. The insulator's pin is optimized by Matlab. The optimization results are analyzed. Trialed the pin based on optimization results, and plastic insulator electrical and tensile failure load experiment to verify the feasibility of optimization results; by the optimization,the pin head size has been reduced ,the optimized pin can save steel ,the electrical and mechanical destruction of the load experiment further proved the feasibility of the optimization results.
