金属氧化物避雷器带电检测及其故障诊断与分析 被引量:19

摘要 在开展运维一体专业化巡检过程中发现了一起35 kV电容器避雷器故障。利用紫外成像、红外成像和停电试验检测技术手段对其进行状态评估;通过解体检查和瓷瓶探伤对其进行故障诊断。综合分析发现由于瓷瓶与法兰胶装部位的防水密封胶性能劣化,出现起皮、开裂等现象,导致瓷瓶开裂、避雷器本体进水受潮,最终引起阀片放电引发故障。针对此次专业化巡检中发现的避雷器故障,提出了避雷器状态检测及评估、故障诊断与处理的建议。 A capacitors arrester failure was found during integrating of operation and maintenance. By using techniques specialized inspection in the case of of UV imaging, infrared imaging and power cut test, its status was assessed. The fault is diagnosed and analyzed by disintegration and ultrasonic testing. Comprehensive analysis found this arrester failure was caused by porcelain cracking internal arrester wet and discharge between valves, as poor performance of waterproof sealant between porcelain and flange such as peeling and cracking. For this arrester failure found by specialized inspection, this paper proposed arrester state detection and assessment, fault diagnosis and treatment.
