To adapt to the ubiquitous learning environment is the important direction of bibliography course. Beginning with the analysis of the com- positions of ubiquitous learning environment and a survey of students＇ learning needs, this paper studies the learning resources construction, learning activities design and technology choice of bibliography course construction in ubiquitous learning environment.
