农业高校科技产业的特征及存在问题研究

The Characteristics of the Agricultural University of Science and Technology Industry and Existing Problems of the Research

通过对农业高校科技产业的特征、构成要素及农业高校发展科技产业的7种模式进行分析研究,提出农业高校在发展科技产业过程中存在的认识不到位、管理体制不顺、激励机制与利益驱动机制不健全、科研与市场脱节、发展资金投入不足5个方面的关键问题,旨在为农业高校制定高效的发展科技产业方案提供思路,从而更好更快地提高我国农业经济科技水平。

Based on the analysis on the characteristics of agricultural universities, the constituent elements and seven pat- terns of science and technology development in agricultural colleges and universities, the paper points out the exiting prob- lems ： poor understanding of the role, inefficient management system, insufficient incentive mechanism and benefit driven mechanism, disconnection between research and market, and insufficient fund. The paper aims at providing better solutions to the development of science and technology in agricultural universities and colleges, and thrther developing China＇s agri- cuhural economy, science and technology industry.
