摘要
为了改善高跟鞋穿着过程中的压力舒适性,本研究选取了3种不同硬度、不同厚度的鞋内垫材料,通过正交设计对这些内垫材料进行组合,制成9种不同参数的鞋内垫,再分别放入3种不同跟高的鞋腔中,通过Pedar-X测力鞋垫采集不同状态下的足底压力分布数据,通过数据分析得到了能够有效降低不同跟高足底峰值压强的内垫参数。
Three different thickness and three different hardness materials by orthogonal design have been studied in order to improve the comfortability. All nine insoles with different parameters have been put into shoes with three different heel- height, the plantar pressure data have been collected by Pedar-X dynamometer insole in this study. The insole parameters which can effectively reduce the plantar peak pressure for different heel-height can be obtained.
