皮鞋中可挥发性甲醛含量测定的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用20 L小室法对皮鞋中可挥发性甲醛进行采集,然后分别采用分光光度法与HPLC法对所采集的样品进行测定,建立了一套完整的皮鞋中可挥发性甲醛含量的测定方法。操作方法是:首先,20 L密闭容器中,加入少量蒸馏水,然后将皮鞋放入并避免与水接触,在一定温度和时间内,皮鞋所释放出的甲醛,被蒸馏水蒸发的水蒸气吸收。研究了温度为50℃条件下,甲醛吸收量随时间的变化关系。实验结果表明:在50℃下,采集时间在18~24 h之间趋于稳定;分光光度法检测的精密度良好,达1.382%,0.08~8 mg/L浓度范围有较好线性,回收率为123.48%;HPLC法测定样品的可重复性高,RSD为3.29%,0.025~10 mg/L浓度范围内有较好线性,回收率为99.52%。HPLC法测定回收率更高,结果更准确。 In this research, a complete determination of volatile formaldehyde from Leather Shoes was established, the formaldehyde was collected with 20 L small-scale chamber and determined by spectrophotometry and HPLC. First, ,a small amount of distilled water was added into a 20 L closed container , then the shoes were put into the container and did not contact with water, volatile formaldehyde was vaporized from leather shoes and absorbed by distilled water at different times and temperatures. The relation of volatile formaldehyde and evaporating times was studies at 50 ℃ .The results show that the volatilization of free formaldehyde in shoes begin to stabilize when the temperature of oven is set as 50 ℃, and the hour changes between18-24 h. The spectrophotometry has a good linearity between O.08-8mg/L and a recovery of 123.48%, and the relevant RSD reaches 1.382%. The HPLC has a better accuracy in measuring volatile formaldehyde from shoes with a good linearity between 0.025-10 mg/L and a recovery of 98.97%, and the relevant RSD reaches 4.28%.
