Empirical Study on Evaluation of Enterprises' Technical Talents Based on Patent Co-author Indicators and Patent Citation Indicators

摘要 利用德温特创新索引的丹麦维斯塔斯风电技术集团公司专利数据,通过节点代表科研人员,联系代表科研人员间专利合著情况,从而构建了专利合著网络。运用社会网络分析法对合著网络进行了详细分析,得到一些网络特征。选择专利申请量、引用量、h指数、度数中心度和中介中心度作为科研人员评价体系的指标,利用灰色关联分析法确定关联系数,利用熵权法计算出科研人员的技术水平综合值,实证分析结果表明,该方法具有较强的方便性和可靠性。 The patent co-authorship network is established by citing patent data of Danish Vestas Wind Technology Group Corporation using Derwent Innovation Index(DII), with each node representing researchers and each line standing for their patents' co-authorship. With the social network analysis method, the co-authorship network is analyzed in detail and some characteristics of this network obtained. Patent counts, citation counts, h-index, degree centrality and betweenness centrality are selected as the indicators for the evaluation index system of scientific research personnel in this paper. The grey relation analysis method is used for determining the correlation coefficients while the weighted entropy is also applied for computing the comprehensive value of scientific researchers' technological level. Empirical analysis results show that this method provides high reliability and good convenience.
