新型双循环厌氧反应器处理中药废水的效能研究 被引量:1

Performance of Innovative DC Anaerobic Reactor for Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Wastewater

摘要 结合EGSB与IC反应器的特点,设计了新型双循环(DC)厌氧反应器,对其处理中药废水的效能进行了研究。结果表明,DC厌氧反应器具有良好的抗冲击负荷能力,HRT由24 h减少为12 h时,其对COD的去除率仍维持在93%左右,出水VFA在3 mmol/L以下,平均产气率为0.39 m3CH4/kg COD。在HRT为12 h的条件下,温度由30℃降为20℃时,未对DC厌氧反应器的运行造成显著影响,其出水COD维持在300 mg/L以下,COD去除率稳定在95%左右,出水VFA在2 mmol/L以下,ALK保持在30 mmol/L以上,同时平均产气率为0.28 m3CH4/kg COD,表明该反应器具有在室温下运行的潜力。 Combined with the characteristics of EGSB and IC reactors, a new type of double circle (DC) anaerobic reactor was designed and was used for treating traditional Chinese medicine wastewater. The results indicated that the DC anaerobic reactor had good resistance to the organic loading rate. When the HRT reduced from 24 h to 12 h, the COD removal rate remained at about 93% , the VFA concentration in the effluent was less than 3 retool/L, and the average gas yield was 0.39 m3CH4/kgCOD. At HRT of 12 h, reducing the temperature from 30 ℃ to 20 ℃ had no significant impact on the performance of the DC anaerobic reactor. The COD concentration in the effluent was below 300 mg/L, and its removal rate was around 95%. The VFA concentration in the effluent was less than 2 mmol/L, and ALK concen- tration was more than 30 mmol/L. At the same time, the average gas yield was 0.28 m^3 CH4/kgCOD. The results indicated that the DC anaerobic reactor had the potential to operate at room temperature.
