摘要
以某制药公司废水为处理对象,通过在A/O池内投加外源微生物进行生物强化,考察微生物增效技术对COD和氨氮的去除效果。结果表明,采用微生物增效技术能有效去除制药废水中的COD和氨氮,当进水COD、NH3-N、SO4^2-分别为(8000~13500)、(400~750)、(4000—5500)mg/L时,出水COD为150~300mg/L、氨氮〈5mg/L。采用静态Fenton工艺对试验出水进一步处理,COD可降至100mg/L以下,出水水质可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978--1996)的一级标准。
The removal efficiencies of COD and NH3 - N by microbial synergy technology were investigated by adding exogenous microorganisms into A/O tank to treat the wastewater from a pharmaceutical company. The results showed that the microbial synergy technology could effectively remove the COD and NH3 - N from the pharmaceutical wastewater. When the influent COD, NH3 - N and SO4^2- were 8 000 to 13 500 mg/L, 400 to 750 mg/L and 4 000 to 5 500 mg/L respectively, the effluent COD and NH3 -N were 150 to 300 mg/L and below 5 mg/L respectively. After being treated by static Fenton process, COD could be reduced to lower than 100 mg/L. The effluent quality could meet the first class criteria specified in Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 -1996).
