摘要
主要研究了交错辊式和对置辊式两种典型辊系钢管矫直机在矫直工艺中产生的矫直盲区现象。分析了这两种钢管矫直机矫直盲区的形成原因,以及矫直盲区的位置与大小,并通过分析影响矫直盲区范围的辊距、有效辊身长度和辗压重叠系数等因素,提出了减小钢管矫直盲区以及提高钢管矫直质量的方法。
Discussed in the article is the straightening blind area as encountered with during the operations of both the typical cross-roll straightener and the opposed-roll straightener. And also analyzed are the formation reasons, location and size of such blind area of these two types of straighteners. Other elements which affect the range of the blind area are analyzed, too, including roll space, working length of the roll, and rolling overlap coefficient, etc. As a result, methods for reducing the blind area and improving the pipe straightening quality are proposed.
