无偿献血者流失原因调查分析

Investigation on the reasons for the loss of volunteer blood donors

目的了解本地区献血者流失的原因,为制定针对该人群的招募策略提供依据。方法在血液信息管理系统中,使用血液信息管理系统软件,排除了被调查对象传染病检测不合格因素,筛选出在最近3年内没有再次参加献血的献血者进行了电话调查。结果共调查了2 495人,成功调查1 756人,交通与时间不方便占35.54%(624/1 756),身体不适占22.84%(401/1 756),忘记献血占18.91%(332/1 756)分别列前3位。表示愿意再次献血的有57.7%。有再次献血意愿的人群中,18-30岁和31-40年龄组有再次献血意愿的占68.8%和67%,医务人员、军人、职员表示愿意再次献血的分别占74.5%、75%和>69.9%,大学以上和大专学历的有献血意愿的分别占80.9%和68.7%。结论采供血机构对流失献血者的再招募,招募的重点应放在<40岁年龄段下的献血者,学历越高,再次被招募的可能性越大。

Objective To understand the reasons for the loss of blood donors in the region and to provide a basis for the development of recruitment strategies for this population. Methods An investigation was carried out on those who did not participate in blood donation in the＇past three years, excluding those who failed on the indicators in the detection tests for in- fection diseases. Result Out of 2,495 surveys, 1,756 were successfully interviewed, among which, the top three reasons were as followed： 33.62% （624/1,756） reported inconvenience attributed to time and traffic, 22. 84% （401/1,756） re- ported physical discomfort, 18.91% （332/1,756） reported to have forgotten to donate blood. 57. 7% expressed willingness to donate blood again, of those, the 18 -30 and 31 -40 age groups comprised 68.8% and 67% , respectively. Medical per- sonnel, soldiers, officers who have expressed their willingness to donate blood again accounted tbr 74. 5%, 75% and 69.9%, respectively. People with at least a Bachelor＇s or an associate degree accounted for 80.9% and 68.7%, respective- ly. Conclusion To reduce loss of blood donors, blood collection agencies＇ recruitment strategies should focus on the donor population less than 40 years old. Higher level of education leads to greater likelihood to recruit donors to donate blood again.
