摘要
后备牛阶段是奶牛生长的重要阶段,后备牛的培育对奶牛的体型、粗饲料的采食能力、成年奶牛产奶性能和繁殖性能起着决定性作用。由于该阶段没有直接经济收入,后备牛的培育往往被忽视,通过日粮营养水平的调控培育出优质后备奶牛是维持奶牛业长期发展的重要措施。本文就日粮能量水平对后备奶牛生产性能、瘤胃上皮发育及微生物发酵和血清生化指标的影响等方面,对国内外研究报道进行综述,旨在为系统了解日粮能量水平的营养调控机制提供参考。
The phase of replacement cattle is important and keep reproductive performance. As direct economic to keep size, gain roughage ability, maintain milk performance income canbe not get from replacement cattle, so the raising of heifersare often neglected. It is a key measure to maintain the long-term development of cow industry by diet nutrition regulation. In this paper, domestic and foreign research about the effects of diet energy level on the production performance, rumen epithelial growth, microorganism fermentation and serum biochemical indexes were concluded to provide the reference about diet nutrition regulation mechanism in cows.
