Study on the Flame-retardant and Antistatic Properties of High Density Polyethylene

摘要 以十溴联苯醚(DBDPO)和三氧化二锑(Sb2O3)为阻燃剂制备阻燃母料,并对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行阻燃改性;以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)为抗静电剂对HDPE进行电性能改性。对改性HDPE材料进行氧指数、扫描电镜、熔体流动速率、电阻率等测试表征。结果表明:当阻燃母料用量为25%,SDBS用量为10%时,改性HDPE材料的综合性能优异,氧指数为27.5%,拉伸强度为25.4 MPa,断裂伸长率为476%,缺口冲击强度为6.04 k J/m2,熔体流动速率为11.02 g/10min,初始分解温度为370℃,体积电阻率为1.58×1010Ωcm,表面电阻率为2.0×109Ω。 A kind of flame retardant masterbatch was prepared by using Decabromodiphenyl (DBDPO) and Antimony trioxide (Sb2O3) as flame retardant, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) was modified by using flame retardant; and then Sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as an antistatic agent was used to modify on the electrical properties of HDPE. The modified HDPE was characterized through oxygen index, scanning electron microscopy, the melt flow rate and resistivity. The results show that: when the addition content of the flame retardant masterbatch is 25% and SDBS content is 10%, the modified HDPE material gets excellent performances: oxygen index is 27.5%, tensile strength is 25.4 MPa, elongation at break is 476%, the notched impact strength is 6.04 kJ/m^2, MFR is 11.02 g/10min, initial decomposition temperature is 370℃, volume resistivity is 1.58×10^10Ωcm, and surface resistivity is 2.0×10^9Ω.
