Discussion on the Principles of Logical Way to Ensure the Implementation of Clinical Rational Drug Use

目的:探讨医疗机构临床合理用药保障实现的逻辑路径原则。方法:通过相关因素分析,确定逻辑路径原则。结果:通过政府干预、专业学会和协会主导、社会协调的手段,建立一定逻辑路径原则下的药物临床使用规范,可减少用药风险。结论:建立的临床合理用药保障实现的逻辑路径切实可行,在推进医疗机构的临床合理用药进程中起着重要作用。

OBJECTIVE： To explore the principles of logical way to ensure the implementation of rational drug use in medical institution and clinic. METHODS： Through the analysis of relevant factors, the logical way principles were developed, and their core and influential factors were determined. RESULTS： By means of government intervention, professional and association-dominating mechanism and society coordinated mechanism, the guides of clinical drug use were established under the principle of logical way. As a result, the risk of drug use would be reduced. CONCLUSIONS ： It is practical for the establishment of the principles way to ensure the implementation of rational drug use. It plays an important role to promote the process of rational drug use in medical institution and clinic.
