农村社区养老的文化合理性

The Cultural Rationality about Rural Community Endowment

面对农村人口老龄化加剧以及传统家庭养老保障遭遇系列困境的客观现实,推动农村社区养老发展不仅必要,而且切实可行,具有文化合理性。这种合理性具体表现在符合乡村共同文化习俗、促进乡村社群文化发展、强化社区合作和制度信任、维持社会资本以及特殊的医疗文化有利于减轻老年人心理负担五个方面。最后从发扬乡村优秀传统文化、加强文化发展投入、促进民间公益组织发展三个方面对推动乡村文化发展进行了探讨。

With an objective reality that the aged tendency of population and the weakening of traditional family old-age security in rural, promoting the development of rural community endowment is not only necessary, but also feasible. Rural community endowment posses cultural rationality, which concretely reflects in five aspects： accord with common cultural custom, push forward the flourish of rural community culture, strengthen the community system of cooperation and trust, maintain social capital, alleviate the old psychological burden as a fact of special medical culture. At last this paper is discussed mainly about carrying forward traditional excellent rural culture, increasing financial input in cultural undertakings, supporting the progress of folk public welfare organizations.
