论述了市政工程施工企业实施成本管理的重要性,对市政工程施工成本管理面临的问题进行了分析,并提出了树立正确的成本管理意识、完善施工成本管理机制、提高施工技术方案质量等管理策略。
The thesis discusses the importance of implementing cost management for municiple engineering construction enterprises,analyzes municipal engineering construction cost management problems,and puts forward some management strategies,such as establishing correct cost management consciousness,improving construction cost management mechanism,and improving construction technology scheme quality and so on.
