鉴于合理确定报价的重要性,对投标过程的三个阶段:前期准备、报价编制、最终定价进行了分析,详细阐述了各阶段应考虑的因素及其对合理确定投标报价的影响,为合理确定投标报价提供了理论依据。
In light of the importance of rational quote,the paper analyzes three tender phases including preliminary preparation,tender compilation and terminal price determination,and describes consideration factors and its impact upon rational tender quote determination,which has provided theoretical basis for rational tender quote determination.
