In view of the importance of construction management of intelligent building project,this paper elaborated the construction management measures of intelligent projects from the pre-product,in-product and ex-product control three stages,analyzed in detail the matters needing attention in each link,in order to implement the project management focus on quality,grasped the concept of safety,people-oriented.
