摘要
采用无皂乳液聚合法,合成以苯乙烯(St)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(n-BA)为单体,以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)为乳化剂的无皂乳液JAS。通过粒径分析、Zeta电位、透射电镜及热重分析方法,考察了AMPS用量对乳液粒径分布、Zeta电位值以及乳液热稳定性等的影响。该乳液无需加入稳定剂,即可用于油井水泥,制成JAS胶乳水泥。JAS胶乳水泥石养护72 h的抗压强度和胶结强度与基浆水泥石的抗压强度和胶结强度相比,分别提高13.35 MPa和1.15 MPa。这说明JAS乳液可以显著地改善油井水泥的性能。
This paper introduces a kind of latex synthesized by the method of soap-free emulsion polymerization. The monomers are styrene (St), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and butyl acrylate (n- BA) , and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) is used as polymeric emulsifier. The code of the soap-free latex is JAS. By using some analytical tools, including Zeta potential measurement analyzer, transmission electron microscopy, thermogravimetricanalysis, the effect of the amount of AMPS on the emulsion particle size distribution, particle Zeta potential, and the thermostablity of the JAS latex is investigated. The JAS latex without adding stabilizers can be used for oil well cement, and the latex cement is made. After the JAS latex cement was cured for 72 h, its compressing strength and cemen strength were higher than that of the base cement, which signifies an improvement of 13.35 MPa ting and 1.15 MPa respectively. This indicates that the JAS latex can significantly improve the performance of oil well cement.
