摘要
为研究复合寡糖微量元素络合物对育肥猪生产性能、养分消化率及微量元素排泄量的影响,选取体重约98 kg的"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪90头,随机分为3组,每组3重复,每重复10头(公母各半)。对照组饲喂常规高铜日粮,有机试验组饲喂添加复合寡糖微量元素络合物的日粮,无机试验组饲喂含与有机试验组等量的无机微量元素的日粮。预试期7 d,正式期28 d。结果表明:(1)试验各组间育肥猪生长性能和饲料利用均无显著差异(P>0.05),但以有机试验组效果最佳。(2)与高铜对照组比,有机试验组粗蛋白质(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)、粗灰分(Ash)、钙(Ca)和磷(P)的表观消化率分别提高了2.86%、17.26%、12.74%、59.01%和25.42%(P<0.01);与无机试验组比,有机试验组EE、Ash、Ca和P分别提高了4.54%(P<0.05)、10.47%(P<0.01)、24.01%(P<0.05)和15.64%(P<0.05)。(3)有机试验组铜、锌的粪排泄率绝对值较高铜对照组降低了9.84%和11.62%(P<0.05),较无机试验组分别降低了5.41%和11.03%(P<0.05)。上述表明,育肥猪使用复合寡糖微量元素络合物替代高铜日粮对其生产性能无明显影响,并能提高饲料养分消化率,显著降低粪便中微量元素排泄量。
A study was conducted to determine the effects of oligosaccharide trace mineral complex on growth perfor- mance, nutrient digestibility and fecal mineral excretion in finishing pig.A total of 90 health pigs (Duroc×Landrace×York- shire)with an average initial body weight of 98 kg were randomly allocated to 3 groups by weight and sex.Each group in- cluded 3 pens (replicates)of 10 each.The control diet was the common high copper diet.The organic treatment diet con- tained oligosaccharide trace mineral complex,and the inorganic treatment diet contained the same trace mineral level as diet of organic treatment but replacing the sources by inorganic ones.The feeding test lasted for 28 d after 7 d of adapta- tion period.The results showed that: (1)There were no significant differences of growth performance and feed utilization a- mong treatments (P 〉 0.05),but pigs in the organic treatment had a better performance. (2)Compared with the control treatment,the apparent crude protein,ether extract,Ash,Ca and P digestibility of the organic treatment increased by 2.86%, 17.26%, 12.74%, 59.01% and 25.42%(P 〈 0.01 ), respectively.Compared with the inorganic treatment, the apparent ether extract, Ash, Ca and P of organic treatment increased by 4.54% (P 〈 0.05), 10.47% (P 〈 0.01 ), 24.01% (P 〈 0.05) and 15.64% (P 〈 0.05), respectively. (3)In the organic treatment, fecal excretion of Cu and Zn were 9.84% and 11.62% (P 〈 0.05)lower than that in the control treatment,and were also 5.41% and 11.03%(P 〈 0.05) lower than that in the inor- ganic treatment.In summary,supplementing with oligosaccharide trace mineral complex in diet of finishing pigs instead of using high copper diet could improve the nutrient digestibility and significantly decrease fecal mineral excretion without infecting the growth performance.
