摘要
昆虫蛋白作为一种新的蛋白饲用资源,具有蛋白质含量高,脂肪、维生素和微量元素丰富等特点,可有效缓解目前饲用蛋白质原料不足的现状。本文主要对昆虫蛋白的营养价值及其在动物生产中的应用进行综述。
The insects protein, as a kind of new protein resource,which was rich in proteins,fat,energy, vitamins and minerals.It could alleviate the current situation of forage protein raw material shortage effectively.The nutritional values of insects protein and its application in animal production were reviewed.
