摘要
设计了粉磨的圈流工艺流程,研究了研磨的介质、工艺流程及参数等因素对粉末矿渣的比表面积、粒径尺寸和活性指数的影响。结果表明:预研磨时,不同的研磨体对研磨结果有较大影响,合理的预磨时间有助于提高粉磨效果。在15min钢棒预粉磨+30min球段粉磨的工艺条件下,可得到最大的比表面积、最小的粉粒粒径和最大的活性指数。
The grinding technological process of circle flow was designed,then influence of the factors,such as grinding medium,process and parameters on the ratio surface area,particle size and activity index of the slag powder were studied in this paper. The experimental results show that bigger influence is affected due to different pre-grinding body and proper pre-grinding time can help to improve the grinding effect. The optimum plan in this paper is as follow: the maximum specific surface area,the smallest powder particle size and the maximum activity index are obtained when the slag powders are ground at steel bar for pre-grinding 15 minutes and then at ball grinding for 30 minutes.
