摘要
通过对煤矿用螺杆空气压缩机油每隔一段运行时间的粘度、酸值、机械杂质、闪点、残炭等指标检测,研究了螺杆空气压缩机油劣化规律。结果表明:随着运行时间的增加,粘度、酸值、机械杂质、残炭值逐渐增大,3021h内增长速度较缓,3021h后增长速度明显加快;闪点变化不明显。此外,结合试验数据分析了上述指标变化的原因,指出了煤矿用螺杆空气压缩机油劣化防范措施。
Viscosity, acid value, mechanical impurity, flash point, carbon residue from the screw-air compressor oil in coal mines in accordance with certain time were tested, and the deterioration law of was researched. The results showed that the growth rate of viscosity, acid value, mechanical impurity, carbon residue increased slowly before 3021h and increased quickly after 3021 h, the flash point had no obvious change, In addition, the reasons for the changes in these indicators were analyzed according to the experimental data, and preventive measures against such deterioration of screw-air compressor oil in coal mines were put forward.
