核电用石墨密封垫片是一种新型结构的密封垫片,目前还没有相关测试方法的标准。本文通过对石墨密封垫片测试方法的研究,重点对垫片压缩率、回弹率、应力松弛率及密封泄露率的试验载荷进行了试验分析,提出了试验载荷的要求。对于制订该产品测试方法标准有重要的参考价值。

This article focused on analyzing the test load of gasket compressibity resiliency stress relaxation rate and leakage rate through studying on test methods for the graphite sealing gasket, Requests of the test load has been put which are of great importance for setting measure standards of the product.
