摘要
在某新型纯电动汽车上使用了SMC材料替代传统的钢板作为汽车发动机罩板件的材料,从而实现了相比传统汽车的钢板发动机罩减重23%的目标。其次根据SMC材料与钢板不相同的成型特性,优化设计了发动机罩里板的结构,从而相较钢板发动机罩取消了锁加强板、铰链加强板和撑杆支撑板等板件,简化了发动机罩板件结构。同时本方案发动机罩里、外板之间采用粘胶连接,与传统机罩折边、涂胶、点焊和铆接结合的方式相比,连接工艺大大简化。
Choosing SMC as the material of the hood on an electric automobile, instead of steel slab, could reduce its weight as a rate of 23%. In addition, due to the different physical characteristicsand manufacture technique of SMC, we modified the original steel hood structureand optimized the join method by using the structural adhesive to connect the inner panel with the outer panel of the hood, in place of the traditional technique of hem, glue, spot welding and TOX.
