基于PVDF的金属结构焊缝裂纹损伤识别研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对机械设备金属结构出现的焊缝裂纹问题,提出了采用聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)和工作变形曲率(COS)算法进行损伤识别的方法,分析了频率响应函数虚部的损伤识别理论,阐述了工作变形曲率的提取方法,提出了采用间隔拟合法(GSM)进行健康结构工作变形曲率拟合的方法,采用PVDF在带有2条焊缝裂纹的焊接金属板上进行实验。实验结果表明:该方法能够准确识别裂纹的位置及开口长度,可以为金属结构的安全评定提供可靠信息。 In view of the weld crack appearing in the metal structure of the mechanical equipment, the paper puts for- ward the method of damage identification including PVDF and deformation curvature algorithm, analyzes the damage identi- fication theory for the imaginary part of frequency response function, describes the extraction method of COS, and presents to adopt interval fitting method (GSM) for fitting of the working deformation curvature of the healthy structure. PVDF is applied to perform test on the welding metal plate with two weld cracks. The test result shows that the method can correctly identify the position and opening length of the cracks, providing reliable information for safety evaluation of the metal struc- ture.
