摘要 数值仿真技术作为结构设计分析的重要手段在现代机械行业中被广泛应用。由于散装物料形态的特殊性,对带式输送机模拟仿真时,单一的有限元软件不能保证计算结果的真实性和准确性。文中尝试利用Ansys与Rocky软件相结合的方式对运行期间的带式输送机系统进行仿真模拟。通过Rocky软件模拟散料与输送机之间的相互作用,提取运行过程中真实的受力情况,将其导入Ansys中对结构进行有限元分析。两种软件联合仿真可以确保分析结果的准确性和真实性。 The numerical simulation technology is widely applied in the modern mechanical industry as an important means of structure design and analysis. Due to particularity of the bulk material, single finite element software cannot guarantee truth and correctness of the calculation results during simulation of the belt conveyer. The paper introduces the method of combining Ansys and Rocky which is used to simulate the belt conveyer in operation. Rocky software is adopted for simulation of the interaction between the bulk material and conveyer, in order to extract the actual load beating condition in operation and lead it into Ansys to perform finite element analysis of the structure. Joint simulation by both kinds of software can guarantee truth and correctness of the calculation result.
